Seafood and Love by Sylvester Soisalo

We started a series of cooking masterclasses led by interesting chefs. Our dear friend Sylvester Soisalo from Boulevard hosted the first one. It was an evening filled with seafood. And love, of course.


The evening started with cocktails and going through the menu. After that we started prepping and went through the recipes line by line. Lots of good tips and tricks from goodie bag of Chef Soisalo.

Then it was time to hit the curb side for the good stuff, grilling the lobsters and the trout.

The series will continue in August. There will be some good events to come. Stay tuned for news and hopefully see you on the next one.
